DOLAR V4 SUPER M 24

Cut resistant Rubber Belting (conforms to IS 1891 Part I)

Grade M 24 Belts have covers with high natural rubber content recommended for belts operating under extremely arduous conditions where cutting and gouging of covers occurs. With cover rubber as mentioned and with strong synthetic fabric plies, vulcanized together with high quality rubber skims results in superior adhesion and forms the carcass substrate.

Rubber Belting (conforms to IS 1891 Part I)

Besides cotton duck plies, progress has been made in the development of all-synthetic plies having several advantages such resulting in strength being greatly increased with improvements in the flexible structure. 

A wide range of belt specifications is available with current belt constructions having versatile applications.

The standard belting (Grade N) incorporates covers suitable for the handling of most abrasive materials, having a blend of natural and synthetic rubber.

Heat Resistant Belting (conforms to IS 1891 Part II)

Heat Resistant belting covers are Natural runner based and are recommended for belts handling materials with temperatures up to 120*C max.

DOLAR V4 SHR T2

Heat Resistant Belting/T2 (conforms to IS 1891 Part II)

Heat Resistant belts have covers manufactured of Styrene Butadiene and are recommended for belts handling materials with temperatures of up to 150*C max.

Heat Resistant Belting/T3

Heat resistant belts of such extreme varieties are produced using imported synthetic polymer covers in a formulation developed to allow conveying materials of temperatures up to 200*C max.
